GeneralAll offers and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the owners. AccommodationAll cottages offered by Go Skye provide comfortable accommodation for a limited group of people. This limitation is clearly stated in the description of the accommodation of the cottage. The cottages are not designed nor insured for those wishing to entertain extra friends or family during their stay. Detailed information about the cottage and the installed equipment (washing machine, tumble dryer etc.) is available for you in the information folder inside each cottage. Please take the time to read this carefully. If anything is unclear, please notify us so we can help you out. Cancellation of booking by the owners.The owners will not be held responsible if cancellation is necessary due to circumstances out with their control. These will include, but not are not restricted to, fire, flood, exceptional weather conditions, epidemic and serious damage to the property. A full refund of any monies paid will be made. Cancellation of the booking by you.Every effort will be made to help you if you have problems preventing you from taking up your booking. In case of cancellation we will always try to re-book the period. If we are successful in re-booking we will refund any monies to you, less a £35.00 handling fee. Alteration of the booking by you.If you want to make changes to your booking (changing arrival and/or departure date), we will try to accommodate you. Please note that changes to your booking might impact the rental fee. When you leave.Each property is thoroughly cleaned between bookings. As time is limited for cleaning we have set check-out time at 10:00 am and it would be much appreciated if the cottage is left in a clean condition. Breakages.Please report any breakages as soon as they occur. Accidents will happen and if we know the situation then we can take remedial action which will hopefully prevent inconvenience to the next guests. LiabilitiesThe owners can never be held responsible for damage to personal belongings of visitors. Complaints.Our aim is for you to have an enjoyable and trouble free holiday. Should you have any problem that you wish to discuss with us, then again do please bring this up at the earliest opportunity. Please be assured of our best attention and our determination to provide an excellent product. Your statutory rights are not affected. We wish you a lovely holiday. |
